HOME STAGING TIPS TO SELL YOUR HOUSE FAST
Selling your home can be stressful. Follow these easy home staging tips to avoid having your house sit on the market.
Home Styling
Focus on the most important areas of the home:
Living room
Dining room
Master Bedroom
Kitchen / Bathroom (accessories)
Outdoor space (I will usually only do this if the outdoor space is small so people can see the potential for additional indoor-outdoor living they can still have)
•Declutter: Declutter and Declutter some more. I cannot stress this enough. It will make the space seem bigger and allow people to focus on the home, not your stuff.
•Light and Bright: Open or remove blinds, lighter rooms makes the space look bigger. Paint walls a neutral light color if possible. Dark rooms are sad rooms.
