From dark and dreary to bright and modern. I loved the transformation of this 2 bedroom condo.

The kitchen has an open layout into the dining and living rooms, making it feel much larger then it actually is. We installed washer/dryer hookups inside of the unit and tucked it away in the back left corner of the dining room to save on space.

This place felt like a dark two car garage when we bought it. So I kept neutral colors, and used the lightest oak flooring throughout.

I was searching everywhere for a similar light I saw previously in a designer home. Luckily I found something I think was even better on Etsy. It came all the way from Greece!

At a whopping 813 sq ft this 2 bed 1 bath condo feels much larger then it is.

This condo had water damage that had to be properly remediated before completing the remodel. That’s why you will notice in the before pictures a lot or all of the drywall had been removed along with the flooring.
In addition, we replaced the plumbing fixtures, lights, tub, and interior doors.
